Body Building:

The Purpose of Body Building is to increase the body’s muscle mass by developing the skeletal muscles as much as possible. The frequency by which you train the muscle groups is very important. You want to give the muscles just enough time to recover and grow before you train them again. If you train too often or not frequently enough you risk injuring tendons and muscle, and decreasing muscle growth.

You will be provided with an exercise regime that takes into account nutrition and addressing current/past injuries and work life balance. Each program is tailored to suit your individual requirements assisting you to achieve realistic goals in realistic time frames.

I will detail exactly what’s needed in terms of duration, frequency and intensity for each training session and will provide you with constant support ensuring we’re making the most of your limited time.
